To develop a relationship with a client that enables the implementation of a benefits package that encourages employee loyalty and appreciation by; 

acting as an intermediary between the client and insurance company; and

providing a level of individual service that avoids problems, and if unavoidable then resolves the problem; and

act as an advocate for the employee ensuring his or her well-being; and

to keep a client in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
